Baptism

In the Anglican Church, baptism is a sacrament of initiation into the Christian faith. Through water and the Holy Spirit, a person is welcomed into the Church, receives God's grace, and becomes a member of the body of Christ. Baptism is offered to both infants and adults, with parents and godparents making promises of faith on behalf of infants until they are able to affirm those promises themselves. It is seen as a sign of new life in Christ, forgiveness of sins, and the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith.

Baptisms are held during our Sunday morning Service.

One of the parents needs to have been baptized as well as one of the Godparents.
